Can I use the tracks commercially?
Yes: posts, paid ads, client work and products. songg doesn't claim any rights in your tracks, and neither does Google. Using your tracks has the details.
Do I own the copyright?
Probably not, and nobody else does either. In most countries AI-generated music isn't protected by copyright. You can use it freely, but you can't stop others from using a similar track.
Will TikTok or Instagram flag it?
The tracks are newly made, so they shouldn't match existing songs. Each one carries Google's SynthID watermark as AI-made, and it's levelled for phone speakers. If your platform asks you to label AI content, turn the label on.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits are refilled at each renewal and don't carry over. Top-up credits never expire, but you can only use them while a plan is active. A failed track, or one that comes out more than 10% shorter than you asked, costs nothing.
Are there limits?
Up to 3 tracks at once, 20 in 10 minutes and 150 in 24 hours per account, so songg stays fast for everyone. A plan has one sign-in email, which you may share within your business.
Can I register tracks with Content ID?
No. Someone else may hold a similar track, so registering yours would get other people's videos claimed. You can release a track through a distributor with Content ID turned off. If a platform ever flags your track, send us the track ID from the file name and we'll help you dispute it.
What happens after a yearly plan's year?
It doesn't renew for another year by itself. After the year it continues as the same plan at the monthly price, and you can cancel any time. About 30 days before, we email you a reminder; if you'd rather have another year, choose “Keep yearly billing” in your account.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in your account or with the “Cancel contracts here” button at the bottom of every page. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, and you can download your tracks for 90 days after.
